The Ice Factory of Central Florida

• No Outside Food or Beverage Allowed, except birthday cake and ice cream.
• A $50 Non-Refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. Payment in full will be required at the conclusion of the skating party. Reservations can be made online, over the phone, or in person, even up to the day of the party, but we recommend making your reservation at least a week in advance.
• Sales tax is not included.
• (Effective April 1, 2013) A Gratuity for your host / hostess will no longer be automatically added to your final bill. If you wish to leave a gratuity please let us know at the front desk upon paying for your party.
• All participating guests must check in at the front desk before entering.

• Additional Pizza - $14 cheese / $16 Pepperoni.
• If you would like additional food or beverages, please feel free to see your party host/hostess.
• Beer and wine are available for adults over 21 for an additional fee. (Private parties only. Please let us know in advance)
• Walker rentals (skate aids) are available for $3 each. You may ask your party host/hostess for the walkers and let them know you would like to add it to your final bill. Limited Availability. Reserve your walker early.

• Please remind your guests to arrive approx 15 minutes early.
• The DJ or party host/hostess will call in your party when it is time to eat and have cake!

How cold is it? Should we wear something warm? The rink area averages between 40-60 degrees year round. Our lobby averages 75 degrees during the warmer months. You will want to dress warmly and in layers. Additional gloves and socks can be purchased at the front desk.

Do I need to wear a helmet? Helmets are not required, but we recommend bringing a bicycle helmet for children and adults alike.  Limited amounts of bicycle helmets are available to borrow with no charge.

Do you serve food? The snack bar is typically open during most public skating sessions and vending machines are available as well.

At what age can my child start skating? The Ice Factory does not have an age limit, but generally children are able to skate after they are comfortable walking.

What size skates do you have? We carry rental skates from a child size 8 all the way up to an adult size 14.  We carry standard Riedell Figure Rental Skates.  We also have hockey skates and new premium figure skates (available for a small upgrade fee)

Do we sharpen skates? We offer skate sharpening services for personal skates. Most skates can be sharpened for $10 most days after 3pm. For more information please visit our proshop page
