The private birthday party package is designed for those who wish to have a private skating experiance and will be bringing 24 or more skaters.  In addition to the regular ammenities the private birthday party package includes:

• Private Use Of The Studio Rink For 2 Hours
• Private Use Of The Party Room
• 1 Slice Of Pizza Per Person
• Skate Rental For 24 Guests
• Unlimited Soft Drinks

$12 Each Additional Guest

• No Outside Food or Beverage Allowed, except birthday cake and ice cream.
• A $50 Non-Refundable deposit is required at least 1 week in advance to reserve your party. Payment in full will be required at the conclusion of the skating party.
• Sales tax is not included.
•  A 15% Gratuity for your host / hostess will be added to your final bill. If you wish to leave more please let us know at the front desk upon paying for your party.
• All participating guests must check in at the front desk before entering.

• Additional Pizza - $14 cheese / $16 Pepperoni.
• Parents wishing to skate may do so for the regular admission price for the session which the party takes place. Skate Rental is free. If they would like to partake in the food they will be added as an additional guest for your party.
• If you would like additional food or beverages, please feel free to see your party host/hostess.
• Beer and wine are available for adults over 21 for an additional fee.
• Walker rentals (skate aids) are available for $3 each. You may ask your party host/hostess for the walkers and let them know you would like to add it to your final bill.

• Please remind your guests to arrive approx 15 minutes early. All birthday parties will have a separate entrance for the first 15 minutes of the public session.
• The DJ or party host/hostess will call in your party when it is time to eat and have cake!

How cold is it, should we wear somthing warm? The rink area averages between 50-65 degrees year round. Our lobby averages 75 degrees during the warmer months. You will want to dress warmly and in layers. Additional gloves and socks can be purchased from the proshop.

Do I need to wear a helmet? Helmets are not required, but we recommend bringing a bicycle helmet for children and adults alike.

Do you serve food? The snack bar is typically open during most public skating sessions.

At what age can my child start skating? The Ice Factory does not have an age limit, but generally children are able to skate after they are comfortable walking.

What size skates do you have? We carry rental skates from a child size 8 all the way up to an adult size 14.

Do we sharpen skates? We offer skate sharpening services for personal skates. Most skates can be sharpened for $10 ($12 Figure) most days after 3pm. For more information please visit our proshop page
